Preparation and Usage Starting Skills
Project Steps
- After preparing the glass, place the bell stencil centered on the bell.
- Follow the etching cream instructions to etch the bell onto the glass.
- Follow the Rub N Buff directions to fill in the bells with gold and the red pinata tint to paint in the bow.
